• Identify and manage resolution of identified issues and problems.
• Responsible for Proactive and Preventive system maintenance.
• Responsible for project Implementation and Project Management.
• Providing support to user in IT troubleshooting
• Work with Sales in developing potential business opportunities.
• Design, develop and conduct demonstrations, presentations, proposals and proof of concepts highlighting relevant product features and business usage.
• Consult and evaluate new network technologies to deploy in future business.

Requirements 

• Male/Female with Thai Nationality, age 22-28 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related fields (New graduated your welcome)
• Good command of English and Thai
• Capability to learn new technical and product knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Firewall, VPN , Proxy Server,  TCP/IP Network, LAN/WAN Network, Network Security and Management Software
• Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
• Strong Service Mind, Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, creative, innovation and willing to learn
